Can we park a sauna on wheels at our company headquarters or venue?
Yes! Our mobile saunas are completely self-contained units. As long as you have a flat, accessible surface (such as a parking lot, private driveway, courtyard, or resort pad), we can park and set up directly on-site at your corporate facility or venue.
What are the space requirements for delivery?
The sauna is 8 feet wide by 14 feet long and requires at least 11 feet of vertical clearance. If we need to pass through a gate, the opening must be at least 9 feet wide.
How many people can use the sauna at once during an event?
Depending on the unit, our saunas comfortably seat 3 to 4 adults per session. For larger groups or public ferias, guests typically rotate in short thermal shifts, allowing tens of guests to enjoy the experience throughout your event window.
Can we book a mobile sauna for multi-day retreats or seasonal venue leases?

How do you handle site prep and heating before our event begins?
We take care of all pre-event logistics. After placing and leveling the unit at your venue, it takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes to bring the wood-fired stove to full temp, ensuring everything is hot and ready on schedule.
Do rentals include a cold plunge tank?
Yes, a cold plunge tank is included with all rentals from April through October. Since the tank arrives empty, you will need a garden hose or water source ready to fill it once we have it positioned. If you want to turn it into a full ice bath, stocking up on a few bags of ice is a great idea. During the colder months the plunge tank is not available, but honestly, a roll in the snow does the job just fine.
